Ready, Set, Move has launched!

Posted on 9th Sep 2020

Ready, Set, Move is a physical challenge where you choose your own distance and help kids living with a disability to cycle for the first time. Decide whether you want to walk, run, wheel or cycle and choose a target you find challenging to complete in November.

Wherever you live, whatever your fitness level, you can decide when and where you will complete your physical challenge.

Give the gift of freedom and independence by joining our fundraisers and achieving your fitness goals. Do it by yourself, with your friends, or get a group of your work colleagues together to help kids live more independent lives. Together, we can help children to experience the freedom and joy that cycling has to offer and enable them to benefit from physical activity, emotional well-being, social inclusion and community engagement.

Are you ready to move?
